Refund policy

Please always check your order upon receipt. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please email us with the discrepancy details at info@flutterbyink.com within 24 hours of receipt. 

We accept returns if there is a discrepancy with your order or if there is a product defect only. Please reach out to us and mention your order number, the products that you would like to return along with a brief description for the return. 

As our products are mostly personalized we do not accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind. Please email us on info@flutterbyink.com or send us a message on our Instagram page with your order number if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
